Tokyo office will close for the The MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY Saturday, Sunday& Monday ( May 25 - 27th). Orders will be
taken for this weekend's deliveries until midnight
Friday May 24th JST. Our office
will reopen Tuesday afternoon May 28th. Rental delivery
may be scheduled for Wednesday May 29th.

IMPORTANT:
JCR does not pre-schedule pickup of the cellular equipment. It
shall be your responsibility to ensure the equipment is returned after the return date. Additional rental days
will be charged if these
procedures are not followed. Contact our office should
you need assistance with the return of your
equipment.
Deliveries in Japan are provided by YAMATO's
nationwide service. Next-day, Express Same-day,
and Airport delivery services are available in
Japan.
U.S.A. and International shipments are sent via
U.P.S. and Federal Express from our Tokyo and
U.S.A. offices.

Easy return from your hotel, office, convenience
stores, and airport counters.

A return packet (with attached waybill) is
provided with each rental.

For hotel return, insert the equipment into the
return packet and present it to the hotel front
desk or concierge.
Most hotels have daily pick up
service or will contact YAMATO for pick up from
your location.

For return from private residences or businesses,
please contact YAMATO office for pick
up. YAMATO offices
are located in all Japan cities
and wards. Your Japan business contact,
sponsor or relative can assist you.

Numerous "SEVEN ELEVEN" and "LAWSON"
convenience stores accept
our packets for returns.
